Jax Capital Investments (“Jax”) is an entrepreneurial real estate firm investing in multi-tenant industrial, retail, office and multi-family properties in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States. It is focused on small to mid-market size transactions in high growth markets seeking cash flowing properties with a long term view towards growth.
Jax is led by its president and founder, Jeremy Jackson. In addition to his experience as principal of Jackson Land Development (a land development and construction company), Jeremy, his family and their partners have decades of experience in the acquisition, sale, financing and operation of real estate assets. The team is comprised of seasoned real estate executives who possess extensive operating, investment, transaction and capital markets knowledge. Over their careers, they have acquired more than 6.5 million square feet of commercial and multifamily properties totaling more than $600 million across several markets in seven different states.
With a patient approach in finding assets that match its investment criteria, Jax looks to minimize risk to investors (preservation of capital) while maximizing returns with a hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” approach to managing and leasing its properties. Over time, it looks to build wealth with above-average risk-adjusted returns.
